Respect, Responsibility, Reciprocity, Recognition & Relationships

A scenic landscape with mountains, a lake, and a clear sky, showcasing nature's beauty.

Our Story

Our work brings Canadians and businesses into good relations with Indigenous peoples, worldviews and histories; creating a better understanding of our shared path forward. Fifteen years ago, Rupert Richardson began writing grants and his expertise, works and collaborations with Elders and business mentors fused Indigenous knowledge systems to create culturally safe approaches to Indigenous decolonization practices. We are founded on the values of Respect, Responsibility, Reciprocity, Recognition, and Relationship. All works co-align with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. We will work with you to make reconciliation an action word.

One Heart and One Mind.
